Tasting profile
With its yellow colour with copper hues this is a fine wine with good body, fruity when young, over time it expands its bouquet reminiscent of dried hay and toasted almonds.
Food pairings
An excellent aperitif wine, suitable for the entire range of light hors d’oeuvres, of dry soups and broth. It also goes well with well boiled meat. Serve chilled.
