The winery

Overseeing the entire winemaking process is essential to us. Over the years, we have invested in new equipment and technology so that we can personally care for every stage of production: from the vineyard to winemaking, from secondary fermentation through to bottling.

Because to us, making wine means knowing the land, respecting what we produce and never losing sight of the people who will bring that wine to their table.

Winemaking

The heart of our winery is in Via Cima, Valdobbiadene, and comprises two production sites.

The first is our historic family winery, where WINEMAKING takes place.

After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery and loaded into a pneumatic press for gentle pressing. This process allows us to extract high-quality must: the juice is released without breaking the grape skins, preserving all the grapes’ sensory qualities.

This is also where we welcome customers for direct sales.

Bottling

Our second production site, around 200 metres from the main winery, houses the BOTTLING facility.

The facility is equipped with advanced machinery powered in part by renewable energy and a photovoltaic system, enabling sustainable production while respecting the environment.

This site also contains the laboratory where our wine technicians carry out regular analyses.

The wine is stored in large refrigerated stainless-steel pressure tanks that preserve its qualities.

This keeps the wine fresh throughout the year, ensuring consistently high quality for our customers.

Here, the base wine is transformed into sparkling wine using the CHARMAT method, with fermentation taking place directly in pressurised tanks to enhance the wine’s freshness and aromas.

When the wine is ready, bottling begins: the empty bottles are sterilised, dried, filled, corked and labelled, with dedicated equipment for each stage.

At the end of the bottling line, dedicated machinery packs the bottles into boxes and prepares them for sale, either directly from the winery or through our own home delivery service throughout Italy.
