Tasting profile
Lively sparkling wine with a light-yellow colour with greenish reflections, it has an intense aroma with a marked citrus note.
Food pairings
It goes beautifully at the end of a meal with dry pastries and delicate desserts with creams and fruits. It is also excellent as an aperitif.
