Tasting profile
The colour is ruby red tending towards violet. A wine with a good body, round and harmonious. A slightly herbaceous scent with hints of raspberry. It lends itself well to aging which refines its bouquet releasing a gentle scent of violets.
Food pairings
A wine for the elaborate cold meat cuisine, for red and white meat roasts, fine poultry and game. Also excellent with ripened hard paste cheeses.
