Tasting profile
It is a sparkling wine with a delicate and fresh aroma with citrus and ripe apple hints. On the palate it is a very pleasant wine with excellent drinkability, thanks also to the acidity and flavour typical of Glera grapes.
Food pairings
Its elegance and lightness make it excellent to drink as an aperitif, or in combination with appetizers, seafood and vegetable first courses, and fish main courses with delicate flavours.
