Tasting profile
By far the most consumed wine, it is bright yellow. It is rich in fruity aromas; apple and pear with a hint of citrus fruit, which fade into the floral; on the palate it is soft, yet dry, thanks to a vibrant acidity. It is fresh and light, moderately sweet. It has a fine and persistent perlage.
