Tasting profile
From selected grapes of a single vintage, it is pale straw, has a delicate bouquet, fruity, with hints of citrus, white peach and green apple and savory, fresh and soft taste. The taste is well balanced, amiable, the perlage fine and persistent.
Food pairings
Excellent aperitif wine, suitable for the whole range of appetizers, ideal with fish dishes. Best enjoyed when served chilled.
